Getting back on track

I'm trying to get back on track with working on the blog. It's hard to do. I feel so crazed living amongst boxes and stuff. Plus, since I still don't have a job yet, I'm starting to feel a little freaked out about all of that. I did speak to a principal today...sounded very positive, so I'll probably hear by next week (fingers crossed)!

So...if I'm sporadic with my writing for awhile, forgive me. I'm still trying to find my foothold being back home.

Have a great Thursday!

Searching

Yep, so the search continues for a job. I am so ready to have this done. I've gotten a car and now all I need is the job. Yikes! Hopefully something turns up soon. I spent three hours this morning writing my cover letters and sending out apps. Let's hope that something happens from all of that.

I also went to karate for the first time in two years. It was good. I had a great workout. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow, I believe. But....that's ok. It was needed.

Anyway...hoping for a good day tomorrow. It's almost August and I will be getting really nervous soon if something doesn't show up for me.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!

Here are some pics from my trip through Ireland. Enjoy!!
Me at the Cliff's of Moher (if you've seen the new Harry Potter movie these are in it!)
Me with Blarney Castle in the background

Belfast City Hall and the Wheel of Belfast

Giant's Causeway

This just looked cool.

Temple Bar in Dublin

View of Atlantic along the Ring of Kerry

It was so darn lovely. I could definitely live there full time! The countryside and the water, and the people were just so great! I can't believe that I got to be there. I loved each and every moment of it even though I was traveling alone through the country. I enjoyed driving on the "wrong" side of the road and just being in the countryside and being able to see a bit of this fab country. I feel I got the whole country down. I basically did a circle through the country.
I started in Dublin, drove to Belfast, then over to Donegal, then down to Tipperary, and back to Dublin. A few places I stayed longer than others, but all in all, it was an amazing experience and I would suggest it to anyone and everyone! Also...if you're in need for a great B&B to stay at, let me know...I have a friend who runs one in Tipperary. It's lovely there!
That's it for now. Happy Monday!

Desert Heat

I am HOME! It's so great. Even though I left a nice 75 degrees to come to 115 degrees, I'm happy. It's so nice to see old friends and to also be back in a place I've missed for 2 years. I promise I'll write more soon. I just didn't have any time while in Ireland - Which I'll tell you all about and post pics.

Have a great weekend!
